Header Builder Not Loading any ware

Hi,

The Header Builder isn’t loading on the front end. I can create it, but it just won’t load.
Iv read through the forums and tried multiple options (php, disabling plugins, theme, htaccess) nothing is working. How do we fix this?

The header builder does not load on the frontend. Is the header not loading or displaying on your homepage? Have you assign the header to the entire site already? Please check this documentation first:

If that does not help, we would love to check your site. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

That’s Awesome!
Two things that are interesting.

The Global assignment did not work: ()

Your suggestion (document) started working: (thanks!)

I then removed your suggestion: (for testing reasons)

And the original Global “Entire Site” option continued to work.
(I usually only use the “Entire Site” option, but it wasn’t working this time)

At the moment everything is working now (fingers crossed, lol), it feels as if the editor needed a kick-start? lol
What ever the voodoo was, it’s working now. Thanks for your help!
