Header bottom not displaying

Hi there,

We already wrote about this issue here, and it has been solved for a while (Cloudflare deactivation took care of it), but now it’s back again. Cloudflare is still deactivated yet the header is not showing up when the page is viewed on mobile; it’s only visible in the editor.

Any ideas what could be wrong this time? Thank you in advance.

Thanks for reaching out.

You still have the Breeze cache plugin installed on your website. Please disable it for the meantime and let’s see if the issue still persists after you uninstalled the cache plugin. By the way “a11y 01 header - dark - portfolio” when I check that header, it is unassigned so it means that the header is not really displaying to any page at all.

Hi @cramaton,

Since the header was not working, we decided to not have it assigned. We have now added it only to one page and are waiting to see if the change will be visible after disabling Breeze. Last time when it worked after disabling CloudFlare, we waited for a few hours before the header was visible in the front end.

I added a Bottom Header in the page and it shows up.

If that is not what the is, would you mind sharing a little bit more details and screenshots?

Hi @christian,

We created a new header and now it’s visible - the bottom header wasn’t supposed to be on the global header, but on a copy of it. We don’t know why, but suddenly it works, and we’ll take it!
