Header Bar not showing, Crafty Bar showing instead?

Hi!

I’m learning Pro and building my first site in it at the same time. I imported Crafty to have something to start with but now I’m changing it a lot.

I have Header that I’ve created that doesn’t show up on the assigned pages. Instead I see the Crafty bar showing up. Why?

I created a Header using Wanderlust and changed it, and assigned it to my Home page and it works fine.

Then I created a new Header again using Wanderlust but deleting everything from it except the bar, and I imported all the settings from my other header to the bar so that the bar looks and works the same. I also assigned it to specific pages and individually choose all pages except Home (I couldn’t find any way to choose ”all except Home”?).

But - when I load any of the pages and click ”view on front end” the header bar doesn’t show up, even tough it’s assigned to all pages except Home? All that shows up is the Crafty Bar.

How do I fix this?

(Note - I don’t know any code and I’m a more or less a beginner att building websites)

Thanks for writing to us.

In case you want to assign the custom Header to all pages except Homepage I would suggest you please set the conditions like this. Please have a look at the given screenshot below.

Thanks for the reply! Just before I saw your answer, I think I figured out myself. My conditions menu looks different than your image though?

This set the header to all my pages except the two ones you can see in the image. Thats what I wanted.

But how come my menus look different than your image? The conditions structure doesn’t look the same?

Hello @UltraSwagnus,

I checked your Header conditions, you have selected the page-specific condition to select the Homepage whereas I have set the front page (Fron page returns the Homepage)to select the Homepage. Glad that you were able to set the conditions by yourself as well.
