Header (Bar - Container) Flex Basis Issue + Bonus Refreshing Issue

Trying to set flex basis changes flex-shrink value (upper input field).

Refreshing Issue:

Refreshing Header not showing containers. It show only after clicking on any container and after clicking"Layout"
