Have Tried Everything....Theme Options Won't Load, and the Editor won't load past adding a new section

Good afternoon,

We are having issues with Pro. We are not able to get past adding a section to our page without the loading circle in the corner starting and then never disappearing and loading the editor sidebar.

We are also not able to get into our theme options.

We’ve tried the below with no success. We’ve also tried the latest and previous versions of Pro.zip with no luck. This a fresh build, with literally no plugins installed:

1.Plugin Conflict
2.Theme Update related issue
3.CSS/JS Customization
4.Disabling Cache
5.Disabling CDN
6.Increasing PHP Memory Limit

Any quick help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello Jeffrey,

Thanks for writing to us.

It might be the issue of version compatibility please make sure your WordPress and PHP version(7.4) is updated as per our version compatibility page.

Your PHP version needs to be 7.4 it is also recommended by WordPress as well.

In case if it doesn’t work for you please share your FTP details.
