Grid right click not working

Hello.

I’m building a website and tried to use a grid.

I followed your YouTube tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PCiDTA-6-rw) but it turns out I can’t create a background cell because the right click on my iMac doesn’t take me to the floating window with the options described on this video. I can’t find a different way to access the floating window with the cell options.

I’ve tried using Safari, Firefox and Chrome and it never worked.

I’m using Pro 5.1.4

Please help.

Thank you.

Hello @sayonara1972,

Thanks for writing in! With the latest version, you will have to click the “keyword” text to display the responsive option. This is the new feature which is the Responsive Element styling:

Thanks for replying to my question.

I checked the document link you sent me and watched the full video and I couldn’t find a solution to my problem.

I still can’t right click and get the pop-up window that allows me, among other things, send a grid cell to the background.

Do you know why this is happening?
I attached a screenshot of what I see when I right click and, as you can see, the Cornerstone pop-up window won’t show.

Thank you

Hello @sayonara1972,

When you load the Grid, you should be seeing something this one:

You should be able to right click on the grid or cells unless otherwise, a plugin or something creates a conflict on the site. Please provide us access to your site so we can investigate. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
