Google Score mobile errors

Hello Team,

I like the theme that is why I have been using it for the last 5 years.

This time I need to optimise mobile rendering of the desktop view. I understood that there are no any controls of the Mobile version. It is done by the code automatically.

Please help out in ironing a few silly errors.
The following issues were found on your site:

Content wider than screen

Text too small to read

Clickable elements too close together

I personally dont have any end-user experience issues. Google have some standards for that though.

I can provide site details in personal message to your reply.

Hi @VitaliKon,

Thanks for reaching out.

I just check your website on Google Page Speed and I don’t see an error on the mobile score. I suggest that you follow our docs on how to improve site performance here.

Hope that helps.

Thank you.

Hi @VitaliKon,

Can you please help by telling us the tool you are using to produce the output shown in the screenshot? We have used Google Page Insight, which does not come up with the issue you are having.

Thanks

Hi @VitaliKon,

Thank you for providing us the details. But unfortunately, we are not able to test your site as the Google Search Console is showing the Ownership verification failed error. Please find the screenshot below.

Please remember that page speed and device-friendly issues are mostly related to the content used in your site and beyond the scope of our theme support. I would suggest you hire a developer who can assist you to do the customization or you can avail of our newly launched service called One, where the customization questions are answered.

Thanks for understanding.

Hello @VitaliKon,

“The font size for the page is too small to be legible and would require mobile visitors to “pinch to zoom” in order to read.”

This means you should use legible font sizes in order to optimize your text for reading and provide a better user experience when browsing your website on mobile devices.

Go to X > Theme Options > Typography and set the Root Font size to at least 14 pixels. To know more about the Typography in the theme, please check out this documentation first:

Best Regards.
