There could be a plugin or custom code that affects your Global Blocks.

I recommend the following troubleshooting procedures before we investigate the settings.

  1. TESTING FOR THEME RELATED ISSUE
  2. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
  3. THEME UPDATE
  4. CHILD THEME
  5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
  6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY

Only if none of that helps, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

checked everything you asked and no fix
in developer tools i see this whe circle appears

Hello Chris,

In order to help you with your concern, we need to check your settings. I would request you please share your details so that we can check your settings meanwhile I would suggest you follow the below steps. Please note you must take a backup of your site files and database before doing it.

  1. Activate the default WordPress theme
  2. Delete the Pro theme
  3. Download the fresh copy of the Pro theme from the Themeco account dashboard.
  4. Reinstall the Pro theme.

If it doesn’t work for you, please share your admin details in the secure note.
