Getting "This Site Can't Be Reached" after attempting to install X Pro theme on wordpress

I just purchased the X Pro theme and every time I attempt to install it from my themes section in wordpress admin portal it uploads to about 73% and after about 1 minute the page redirects to a blank “this site can’t be reached” page.

I perused forums on both wordpress and forums here on theme.co and have found no one else reporting this issue. Am I the only one?? What’s going on here? Very frustrated.

The closest thing I’ve found to a possible solution is to adjust the file upload limit from my hosts FTP settings. I don’t think this is the issue though because I understand the default limit is usually 128MB and the “pro.zip” file I’m attempting to upload is only 7.56MB
