Getting error when activate license

Hello Team,

We have purchased the theme from themeforest and also having License key but when we tried to use it on our website then it is not working and show us Uh oh , we couldn’t check if this license was valid.

​To validate X properly, please do the following:
1] Please log in to your account (https://theme.co/apex/licenses) and assign the license. You need to assign the license to your site using this URL: https://www.example.com/. You have to make sure that URL you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
2] Go back to X > Validation, and insert the license code. Please check it out here: https://theme.co/docs/product-validation

If none of these helps, please provide the following site details in a secure note.

– Link to your WordPress site
– WordPress Admin username / password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

When I visit your wp-admin URL, we can’t access the page because of the security issue, please disable your wordfence plugin for the meantime for troubleshooting.

There’s an error in your website while logging in into your dashboard, please fix it first before we could investigate your issue about the license code.

Tips: Enable WP_DEBUG in your wp-config and set it to true to check what files causing the issue.

It seems you are using a too older version of the X theme and Cornerstone, your version of the theme is 5.1.1 and the current version is 7.2.3 and Cornerstone version you are using is 1.3.3 and latest one 4.2.3
I would like to request you to update the theme and try the activation process again.
You can download the latest theme from Themeforest and re-install it to get the updated one.

I see only one license on your account and that is for PRO (not X), is that right?

You can download the installation zip file of Pro, Navigate to your Themeco Dashboard and select your license from the list on the left-hand side. Then just click on the Download link. The installation zip file of the theme will be downloaded to your computer. Then install that to your site following the guide provided here.

After you install PRO activate/validate it using your license.

Important: Please deactivate the Cornerstone first before installing the PRO, since that will cause a conflict. PRO does not need the Cornerstone (only X).
