Sorry for the confusion, we do not provide support for 3rd party plugin conflicts, but we’d be interested to know if our theme or builder is the cause of the issue, therefore all applicable common issues should be performed first before we investigate in staging.

If you still found that the issue exists with our theme only, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access as you did for your live site.
