Form not working on mobile device

My form works well when using my laptop, but I get an error when using a mobile device (cell phone). The error that I get is one or more fields have an error. Please check and try again. All of the fields have been entered correctly. Why am I getting this error?

Thank you for writing in, I have tested that form and it works both on desktop and mobile. Please clarify how we can replicate the issue.

Please clear your browser’s cache and test the form again, make sure you fill all the required field or all fields to be sure.

I am adding a couple screenshots that shows the error I’m receiving on smartphone as well as tablet. (The two screenshots are one form as shown on a smartphone.) I have cleared the cache and still receive the same error. Please note that all fields except a couple are highlighted with yellow meaning they are being flagged with an error. Your help is appreciated.

I just added a screenshot. The form is the Donate form that is accessed by clicking Donate on the homepage.It is form #926 (Donations1).

I have tested that form again, this time on actual android device and it still works.

The issue that I am seeing here, is if you access your site not in secure-protocol (https:), because that wont redirect the form to Paypal.

I got it to work for Android devices, but it does not work for Mac devices (IPhone and IPAD). Is there a problem with this form interfacing with MAC mobile devices?

Looks like the captcha expires or changed but the captcha image isn’t refreshed so you’re entering a wrong code. I tried it and it’s happening on both desktop (mac/windows), mobile(iOS/android). But if you do it correctly on the first try, it works perfectly even on iOS. With this, I recommend contacting contact form 7 developer/author, they may able to help you with captcha issue.

During my testing, I haven’t had a problem with CAPTCHA, even when I entered it incorrectly the first time. Have you seen any problems with Safari and the X theme? I am wondering if this is the problem.

The form has no direct integration with the theme, it’s just styled to make the form blend to the theme. And no, I haven’t see any other issues as of yet, just related to captcha which could also be related to this https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/recaptcha-contact-form-7/50014/4

Please check that and do the same setup, and you may need to contact the plugin author as well.

Thanks. I am able to get the form to work on the IPAD now. However, after clicking SEND on the form, my laptop and Android device show the PayPal donation page, as it should. The IPAD accepts the form, but does not show the PayPal page after clicking SEND. Why doesn’t the PayPal page show on the IPAD? Your help is appreciated.

Which browser are you using in your iPad? Is it Safari or Chrome? Please clear your ipad’s browser cache or use private browsing mode and test it again.
