Footer widget text link not showing

Hey Luz,

The link is hidden because the Footer Background color is light and the link color is also light. The Ethos stack was designed to be a dark theme though so there’s no option to darken the color of footer links.

Because there’s no option to change the text color, custom CSS would be required and theme customization is outside the scope of our theme support.

Because I believe you are not aware of our Terms yet and this would just be a minor cosmetic change, I’ll provide the override code. If you need more styling and functionality changes which couldn’t be done by native options of the theme and builders, please consider upgrading to Pro so that you’ll have a Header and Footer builder which will allow you to have a custom footer design.

If upgrading to Pro isn’t an option, you need to learn CSS and other necessary web development skills.

Please add the following code in Theme Options > CSS.

.widget a {
    color: red;
}

I didn’t know Ethos was designed to be a dark (and only dark) theme. Since there is no other option for magazines, I’d like to kindly suggest you to provide some other stack for magazines or more flexibility to customize this Ethos theme.
