In the editor it is responsive. One the live site it is not. You will have to forgive me I am not the best at the new version and am forcing myself to use it etc. downgrading would be much simpler for me.

Thanks for writing in! You have designed your footer to have 3 containers. These containers do not collapse in smaller screens. We highly recommend that you edit your custom footer and use only 1 container. You can then insert a row with three columns. The row element has responsive column layout controls that you can adjust to display columns in your footers. And also, keep in mind that the navigation inline element is best to use on desktop and larger screens. You may need to add a navigation dropdown or other navigation element that suits the smaller screens. You can always show/hide the navigation element by utilizing the “Hide During Breakpoints” option. Please check this out:

That is exactly what I was missing. I am not used to the row and column not being added automatically. Very simple yet was lost on me with the new interface.
