Footer Layout: 3 Layers

Hello

How do I create the footer layout as in the photo please?

I need 3 layers of footer:
Three columns at the top evenly spread
One Line of Text in the middle that runs across the WHOLE length of the footer
Three Columns at the bottom evenly spread

Could you please kindly provide step by step instructions with screenshots where appropriate?

Thanks for reaching out.
What you are expecting is not possible with the X theme you are using. But it can be done by customizing the Footer which is possible using the Header & Footer builder to create customize footers, where you can add the multiple numbers of row using the Bar elements and customize it as you can do it in the content builder.
But that is exclusively available with the Pro, not the X, which you are using. In this regard to get customizable footers, I would suggest you upgrade to the Pro theme, please go through the process here: https://theme.co/docs/converting-from-x-to-pro
