So I have been having an issue for several hours. I can not figure out how to get the footer that I downloaded from the cloud to show up on my page, I see it in the Navigation> Footers. It shows up to edit. But then I can’t get it on the actual page. It is saved in the Footer section of Navigation. I was reading that it needs to be made a global block. I don’t see an option to save it as that. This is super frustrating. Please help!

Thanks for writing in! You will have to edit the footers in Pro > Footers and you will need to assign it to the “Entire Site”. To know more about how you can assign this footer, please check this documentation first:

If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your footer settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
