As the title states, the footer looks fine in the Cornerstone UI, but it’s not parsed properly in the browser (checked FF and Chrome). Will post a ss in the secured msg.
Hello @mark5,
Thanks for writing to us.
I checked your site it seems that there might be an issue of a broken HTML error I would suggest you please clone your custom footer and delete its elements one by one to check which element is causing the error. If it doesn’t work for you we need to check your settings, I would request please share the admin login details meanwhile I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin-level username and password
- Exact layout URL
You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts
Thanks
Thanks, Prakash! Details are in the secure note.
Hey @mark5,
The issue has something to do with your header MTA Header Container, you forgot to add the closing bracket.
Once you added the closing bracket, it will fix your footer issue.
Hope that helps.
That worked! Thanks for your help!
