Footer assignment priority

Hey awesome support krew!

I am currently experiencing an unexpected outcome as it relates to footer priority.

I have a footer that is under “ASSIGNMENT” “CONDITIONS” of “ENTIRE SITE” at “PRIORITY” 10

I have a Cart/Checkout footer under “Assignment” “Conditions” “Page (Specific)” “is” “Checkout” “and” “Page (Specific)” “is” “Cart” at “Priority” 0

Yet for some reason when i navigate to the https://chrisdubkundalini.com/checkout/ page or the https://chrisdubkundalini.com/cart/ page I do not see the footer that I expect to see.

So maybe I’m doing this wrong, but I’m not sure why since I expected my settings to show the cart/checkout footer I made for those two pages.

It might be the issue of cache, I would suggest you, please purge all the cache and temporarily deactivate the cache plugin if you are using it. I would suggest you please clear your serve cache as well then check it again.

If it doesn’t work for you, we need to check your settings. I would request you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details meanwhile you must troubleshoot a few common issues before we investigate your settings.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
  • Exact Footer Layout URL

Hey Prakash,

I purged all the cache, turned off cloudflare, put cloudflare into dev mode as well.

ADMIN = https://chrisdubkundalini.com/wp-admin/ (user and pass in secure note)

This is the site wide footer https://chrisdubkundalini.com/cornerstone/footers/165
This is the footer for the checkout and cart page https://chrisdubkundalini.com/cornerstone/footers/1021

Hey Prakash I sorted it out somehow just now.

Something was wrong with the conditions in the cart/checkout footer. i refactored them and it is working. Not 100% sure what my colleague did, but it is working.

Hello Erich,

Yes, I checked your site and it seems that the footer is working fine at the moment. I just want to add it here in case you want to set the footer or other layouts for WooCommerce like Cart, Checkout, etc page. You may set the condition like this as well.
