Font previews are too bold and look blurry

As you can see in the screenshot the font previews look off. They’re all a bit too bold and they look blurry.

This is in the latest version of Opera on Windows 10.

It’s great to have these font previews by the way!

Yeah I’m using a <strong> tag there on accident. I’ll get that updated.

How does Expanded Font Family look on your end?

The sample text with Expanded Font Family looks fine.

There’s a small height issue with some fonts in the list when you enable this though:

Can we please get an input field there so we can enter our own sample text?

Yes we can add an input for the expanded mode. Not sure I’ll have that ready for beta2, but you’ll probably see it in beta3. Thanks for testing.

Thanks for adding this option! It keeps resetting to the default text after reloading though.
