Font Manager Help

Hi,

Can someone guide me why is there only normal and bold for a specific font?

The old docs seems to show it wasn’t like this before?

I assume how this works is we can pre-defined like a Body font to be Poppins and the weight to be Regular, but why is there Bold Weight as well? Shouldn’t it be font-size (and one that allows us to have custom breakpoints) so we can keep a consistent design pattern?

Hello Omar,

Thanks for writing in! What is shown in the screenshot above is the Font Manager. If you would like to set global font settings, you will have to assign them in Cornerstone > Theme Options, Globals tab > Options > Typography where you can select the font for the Body and Content and for the Headings.

Aren’t I’m in the Global Fonts? Why is the only option normal weight and bold weight? What about other options if needed?

Hello Omar,

Yes, you are in the Font Manager. You can manage the fonts and font sizes in that section. Be advised that there is a known issue in the Font Manager wherein it only displays two font weights. Our developers are investigating the issue already.

Ooh, okay, I was wondering why only 2 font weights are shown, so this is a bug issue, any ETA when this will be fixed? And also I reported previously on Pro loaded all the font weight instead of the only one used in the site.

We do not have an ETA yet. Rest assured that our developers are looking into the issue. I will also bump the issue tracker to get feedback from them.
