So frustrated! I have flushed the cache multiple times. Just can’t figure this out. It’s happening on both of our sites.

Thanks for writing in! You are having this issue because of CORS or Cross Origin Resource Sharing issue. It means that the font awesome icon files were loaded from MyFTPupload server. To resolve this, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

I’ve made that change for both sites. Some icons are showing up now, some are not. Other ideas?

I can see that the font-awesome CSS didn’t load well on your website, maybe follow the steps below that can help you troubleshoot your issues.
1.) Deactivate the theme first, to do that on your admin dashboard go to Appearance > Themes
2.) Select another theme and activate it
3.) Activate the Pro Theme again, if you are using a Child Theme then activate your Pro Child Theme
If the issue still persisting, kindly provide us access to your site so that we can able check your issue.

I tried your suggestion on changing the theme to something else, then changing it to Pro, then changing it to the Pro Child. no luck on either of them. Sent you a secure note.
