Filtering a layout with a plugin

is it possible to filter a custom post type (made with cptui) and acf fields with a filter plugin (here is a filter plugin i would use: https://demo.searchandfilter.com/production-company/20th-century-fox/?_sfm_sfdc_vote_average=2+7) with a custom layout made with layout builder?

or can i make my own front end filters for the looper? i would also need a price-range here for example.

Regretfully there is no option for the filter, it would require custom development I would suggest you please contact a developer who can assist you with your concerns you can avail Elite where we do custom development. Please remember we don’t provide custom development support it is out of the support scope.
