When I share posts from my website on Facebook and Twitter, there is no image or snippet.

  2. THEME UPDATE
  3. CHILD THEME
  4. DISABLING CACHE
  5. DISABLING CDN
  6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY

You are experiencing this issue because Open Graph protocol was not enabled on your site. Please go to X > Theme Options > Social > Open Graph. For more details about Open Graph, kindly check out this documentation:
