Feature Request: Scroll to The Section when Clicked on it

Hi!

Right now, the Content preview scrolls to the section only when it gets inspected.

However, now that we have the new Nested layout, we have much more actions available right in the Layout pane, like adding new stuff, copying, moving, nesting, etc. Therefore I think it would make sense to scroll to the section as soon as it gets clicked in the Layout pane.

If there is a reason for not to scroll, perhaps it could be with a modifier key, like CTRL(CMD)+Click
