Feature Request: Left and Right Navbar powerup

Hi!

When we add a left or right Navbar, it acts like a Sidebar. It pushes the content away.

There are many use cases where it would be great for it to go over the content. For example, when it doesn’t have a background color, but only holds some icons for example.

Also, the “hide initially” option would be great!
