Add a Figma-style infinite canvas to the Component Builder’s live preview so we can freely arrange, group, and spatially organize multiple Components within a set.
The current preview is constrained and linear. When building component libraries (like a full “Buttons” or “Cards” set), it can become difficult to visually compare variants, create logical groupings, or maintain a clear overview of the library.
Some features it could have:
- Infinite pan/zoom canvas in the live preview
- Free positioning of Components (no forced stacking or fixed page flow)
- Optional frames for grouping related Components. Might work better in an infinite canvas context vs. sections with rows and columns
This would allow clearer organization of component libraries, and a more modern, Figma-like experience inside Cornerstone.
Limited to Component documents of course, since it wouldn’t make sense elsewhere.
