I understand Font Awesome is part of X/Pro and there is currently no way to dequeue or disable Font Awesome.
For theme designs not using any icons this adds unnecessary bloat to both X/Pro.
Just want to be sure in on the radar for “sooner” cycles.
Yes! This is an active request. It’s not possible at the moment because font awesome is loaded in the static stylesheets but we can move it to the global generated CSS.
