Feature request: Convert to component - the other way around

The "Convert to Component option is great!

I increasingly run into the need to do the other way around as well. For example, a button component may be on a page, and it might not have sufficient parameters to do a change. Under time pressure, sometimes it is required to (mostly temporarily) take that component and copy it as a regular element to the page.

Would that be possible?

That would be handy! Currently when I do that I go back to the component and copy it / paste it back into the destination document

That would be cool. This is usually called “Make Local” when I’ve used similar features in other apps. We can workshop it and add it in a point release or Cornerstone 11. Have a great weekend.
