Feature request: Combine Include and Exclude

Hi!

I cannot even count how many times I needed to set up a Looper to include certain taxonomies AND exclude some others. It is always a struggle and workarounds. It would be great to have an option to combine those.

I wish this one was more approachable. Adding the flexibility of multiple taxonomies would be pretty involved here. Unfortunately, the best thing is just using a custom looper at this point. Might be worth exploring again when we come back to WooCommerce and more looper types which will be towards the tail end of Theme Options cycle.
