Feature request: Color matching when importing into Pro

Hi!

In case an element has colors from a library, if copied to another website those color names get transferred as well, but empty.
This is often an unwanted behaviour, because then those elements get transparent so we have to go in and manually fix everything.

I am not sure how doable is it in Pro, but many apps have matching options when assets are being imported. It is essentially a pop-up window where new colors are listed, with an option to match with existing ones. Those that don’t have a match in the existing library, have an option to create new.

An example would be text color that is called “Black” in the source template, but it is called “Dark” in the destination template. The interface offers an option to match the “Black” to “Dark”, so the element instantly gets the source colors.

maybe the same thing could be done with fonts as well.

Thanks!

This would be most excellent :+1:

This also one I’d really like to see. A popup with a color mapper was kind of my idea too, I’ll have to checkout other projects with that feature. It’s not necessarily setup for it, but I don’t think it would be too big of a project. Thanks for bringing this up, good to know it is of interest.

Both the colours and the fonts would be good, especially now that we have components.
