With the Layout Builder now in place and ACF deeply integrated, there’s one more big piece to the website building puzzle missing from Pro. That would be custom post type and taxonomy creation. What are your thoughts on integrating a premium CPT plugin? Shipped with every copy of Pro and integrated with the Dynamic Content and Loopers features just like ACF is.
I think Toolset could be a good candidate.

I think a good setup for now would be ACF + the CPT UI plugin. We’ve actually considered building something like CPT UI into the Cornerstone/Pro backend but it’s probably not something we’d pursue until more pressing features are in like responsive styling.
great idea to implement something like cpt natively in pro! hope this will happen! 
A CPT solution built into Pro sounds like a dream. CPT UI is a nice simple option to use but it lacks post relationships so I’ll stick with the Pods Framework for now.

But I agree with @deranaloge that native support in pro would be a dream feature. So, count me in!
I have already tried Toolset Types and can only recommend it.
Small tip: Toolset Types is already included with a WPML license! So if you already have WPML you don’t need to get it extra!
