I installed the X theme, and when I’m trying to activate Fatal errorit gives me this error
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare cs_generate_data_attributes() (previously declared in /wpcom-150294717/wp-content/plugins/tco-video-lock/functions/includes/cs/helpers.php:4) in /wpcom-150294717/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/utility/helpers.php
i dont uese any cahe plugins

Please login through FTP then go to wp-content/plugins then delete both cornerstoneand the tco-video-lock directories.
The log back in to the admin panel and reinstall both extensions and try to activate them. If the issue persists, please provide us with the admin access to your site in a Secure Note:

Please make sure to delete the directories trough FTP first then install the plugins.

You can import demo under X > Design Cloud.
I did go ahead and install and activated the Cornerstone on your site.
But there is a major problem on your site that you need to address. It seems your site has an SSL certificate, so your site should be in https:// protocol, not http://.
But see under Settings > General, your site is still using http:// protocol. You need to update that, you can follow the guide provided here.
