Hi, I recently bought another license of Pro, but I can’t install it. I says installation fail.
Then I look under themes and I saw this message:
The following themes are installed but incomplete.

Help!!. I like your theme and I do want to use it on several new projects

Thanks for writing in! It seems that you may have installed the Pro theme incorrectly. Please do not rename the pro.zip. For more details on how you can install the Pro theme, check this out:
If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role

Hello Rouille71,
I have logged in and tested to re-install the theme. It seems that your server has too many restrictions. It does not allow some file formats to be uploaded. When I also try to install some plugin, it does not allow me to. I would highly recommend that you contact your hosting provider and ask them why you cannot upload a theme or install a plugin. They should be able to help you with the installation as the hosting may have disallowed several files from being uploaded or added to your hosting account.
