We have a heading that sits on top of a video, it would be nice if this could fade after a couple of seconds so the video could be seen in full.
I can see it can be done on scroll animation but can it be done without the scroll?

I can spoof this by using on scroll and then put the animation offset to be 100% from the bottom of the area, then add a delay on the action. But is it ok to do this?
Hello @dmacoxford,
Thanks for writing in!
You may be able to accomplish what you want in mind fading the headline element within your header. The Effects Module can be applied to it.
You can use the following effects setting in your Headline element.
Upon loading the page, the headline element will display and it will disappear after a few seconds. Since the Behavior only triggered once, it will not show up again.
Kindly let us know if this works out for you.
It did not work unless I made the bottom offset 100%. I also had to do a version for each screen size otherwise it would not trigger the animation. So making the bottom element increase as the screen size reduces. Not sure why but it works on the site.
