Hi, I just purchased a pro licence and got the theme installed however when i enter the licence key to validate i get the successful message highlighting that the extensions have now been made available. However, when I go to the bottom of the page to enable some extensions it’s telling me the theme hasn’t been validated. Any tips?

I suggest that you disable all your plugins first then try to re-validate your website. If it doesn’t help, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin level username and password
