Ethos Magazine Failing Install on Design Cloud - cont'd

Hi,

I am having the same problem as shown in this closed post: Ethos Magazine Failing Install on Design Cloud

Specifically, the install shows “Let’s get started!”, and then “Initializing…” and nothing else after that, no matter how long I wait. This doesn’t happen, for example, when I try to install the Silvertooth theme. Silvertooth installs successfully.

I tried the only solution offered in the above linked post, and it did not work. I also set my the execution time to infinity and waited, and it was still stuck for a long time. I do not have a Facebook comments plugin. The only plugin I have active is Cornerstone.
