Ethos business full screen video slider

Hello.

I am trying to do a full screen video header like the Ethos-Business demo but I can’t for the life of me get it to go full screen.

Thanks for writing in!

Before you can make the slider into fullscreen, please edit your page and change the page template to Blank - No Container | Header, Footer. For more details about the different page templates in the theme, please check this out:

And then please also make sure that your slider is set to display as fullscreen. You may need to check this documentation here:

If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

Thank you. I have read all of those documents and still wasn’t able to figure it out. I added a secure note, any help is much appreciated.

Hi Kris,

The slider is already fullscreen, please do this, remove the video from your Slider, yes just let your slider be empty. Then open your home page in Cornerstone, add your video (URL) as the Optional Background Video on the Slider Above Masthead



Currently, your slider background is still the one that comes with the demo.

This is excellent, thanks so much. BTW I love your theme. I have been using it for the past 7 years and have built probably 10+ sites on it already. Great support and you guys have a come a long way since the beginning.

Got it fixed! Your instructions were spot on. I had a double video but remembered that slider 1 had a video so I removed that and now all is good. Just using the mp4 from the media directory and placed it in the slider column per your instructions. Appreciate it! Ticket closed.
