Essential Grid Portfolio Images

Hi there,

I’m making a website for a client, I have the essential grid to show portfolio items, I can see that they are linked, but they do not show the corresponding feature image.

Could you explain how I can do this please?

Thanks for writing in! When I inspected your page, there was nothing in the image source. It is undefined. Kindly switch between your grid skin or at least edit your grid skin and make sure that you are loading the correct image URL. If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role

I’m unsure of how to do the changes you mentioned, would you please be able to do it and show instructions please?

Thanks for sharing your credentials. I went ahead and checked your website dashboard, it seems that you have not set a featured image in the portfolio items (Portfolio Posts). I have set featured image in the Portfolio Posts. In the Essential Grid setting, you did not set any image source(Media source) to display.

You need to set Item Media Source Order as Featured Image to display Portfolio Post Image.

Please have a look at the screenshot given below for Essential Grid settings

Please set features image of Portfolio items as per your design.
