My site was updated to WordPress 6.8 and then 6.8.1. Essential Grid has not worked since the update, and my site host does not see plugin conflicts. Is anyone else having a problem with Essential Grid * Version: 3.1.9

Thanks for writing in! Please revert your site to a back up to get it back on line. There should be a backup in your hosting provider. You might want to ask some assistance. Once it is back online, clone the site to a staging site. That’s where we do the troubleshooting to figure out the Essential Grid issue. We would then be happy to investigate your staging site if we can log in. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
