Essential Grid not displaying correctly

Hi there, I’m having the same trouble with the majority of my websites and have stoppeed using essential grid - which causes many problems…

I cannot figure out why this continues to happen with essential grid. I have tried many different skins, and yet it continues to display incorrectly… Please see below for what I mean, the black box is where the issue persists.

I have not made any modifications to this skin.

I’m actually having the same issue across 4/5 different websites, this issue has persisted for months and I have resulted to using other plugins but none are as great as Ess Grid.

Hi Aleksej,

The login information you gave is not related to the link that you provided in the first place, I did not know which grid to check. Instead, I checked the front end of the first link that you gave.

I have found out that there is a maximum height property enforced which should be a setting somewhere in Essential Grid that you need to check.

You can override that maximum height by adding teh CSS code below to Pro > Theme Options > CSS:

body .esg-entry-media-wrapper, body .esg-entry-cover {
    max-height: none;
}

So I added the code and the image height is fixed, but the links are still off… I sent you secure note as well.

This is happening across all my websites for Essential Grid - whether I customize it or not… I’ve turned off all plugins, I’ve installed previous versions of Ess Grid and the same problem persists.

Could it be something else?

Sorry, I’m confused, please clarify which site and which grid you’re having the issue. The site with the log in you provided above does not use Essential Grid.

That could be a plugin conflict, what plugin do you use on all those sites?
