Essential Grid doesn't appear properly and the control setting are smutched

Hi, We recently noticed that essential grid with masonry setting and that has no default image will not appear properly in the page. Any idea what is happening? see below:

Hi,
I replied with a secure note with credentials to www1.specialolympicsontario.com main network which includes the https://www1.specialolympicsontario.com/support
and
https://www1.specialolympicsontario.com/resources/
both have issues with the essential grid. Below is more details about them.
1- The first issue can be found in https://www1.specialolympicsontario.com/support/forms
and essential grid is called form. I have worked around it and changed many settings to make it work. However, until now it is still not pulling all the post as specified by the source setting.
I also tried to replicate the original issue on the image by creating a copy of the essential grid and it is called forms copy.
2- Today two of the grids on another subsite of our network stopped working properly. Please take a look at

One of them is one the body of the page and the second on is on the footer.

Furthermore, the second issue on the second screen shoot, is actually on another multisite network: http://games.specialolympicsontario.com/wp-admin/
and the site name is https://sovirtualgames.ca/
I will share the credentials to access this multisite network in another secure note.

Hello @jamesnoronha,

You have set 0 for the maximum posts which tells grid to display up to 10 items only which is the default number of items. If you want to display all items, you need to set it to -1.

And also, please take note that you have enabled the smart loading which means that you need to scroll first to load other items in your grid.

Thank you for your reply.
I changed the setting as you mentioned in “Copy of Forms 2” essential grid (both to -1) but I am still experiencing the same issue as you can see below:

Also, the grid on https://www1.specialolympicsontario.com/resources/
stopped working and displaying properly.
This issue accurse recently in more than one location the above are just two examples.

I have checked the resources site and set the default image from Essential Grid > Global Settings and it shows correctly while creating a new Grid and items do not have the image. I have also checked your website thoroughly but didn’t find the smutched setting issue, I would suggest you explain the steps to replicate that on your website.
