Essential Grid broken and Site

On WordPress 5.6.2, X 8.2 and Essential Grid 3.0.11.

Cannot customize any current grids and every page referencing the short code breaks the page completely.

To better assist you with your issue, kindly provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

Essential Grid is deactivated so the site isn’t down. When activated, any page referencing an essential grid takes the site down. I don’t know how else to explain it which is why I had already sent a link in the secure note to see what it was doing. I updated the secure note with the login info.

Please check out the few server settings that need to be addressed.

• Fix your SSL issue, Settings > SSL
• Some of the modules are missing, Tools > Site Health.
