Upload the latest version of Pro 6.2.1. When I go to Appearance > Themes > Upload Theme and then select the zip file and click on install now. I get this error message.

It might be the issue of PHP memory issue, I would suggest you please update the theme manually, in case you have not seen the theme update doc please have a look at it.
