Error translating page with WPML coming from the PRO theme files

Hi. I can’t translate the following page from Spanish to English by duplicating it: https://www.edinventa.com/packs

The translated page URL would be: https://www.edinventa.com/en/packs

I’ve asked the WPML support here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/duplicate-page-does-not-work-anymore/#post-2850088. Their answer is:

I tried duplicating this page and I can see the issue that you reported, that the page does not get duplicated. I enabled debug and I see the following error show up when I try to duplicate the page:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function x_is_product_index() in /home/edinvent/public_html/wp-content/themes/pro/framework/functions/plugins/woocommerce.php:353

This error is coming from your theme files. Can you please try temporarily deactivating your theme and then try to duplicate the page?

I don’t want to disable or change the theme as it means to loose customers.

As far as I know WPML and Pro are fully compatible. What could I do to solve it? Thanks.

How did you duplicate it? And would you mind providing your admin login credentials in a secure note? I can’t find anything from the front pages.

The builder has duplication capability by clicking the flag icon within the builder’s preview.

I have watched your video in that link. That’s exactly what I do. Yesterday, it simply did nothing after clicking on duplicate. Today, it stays on an endless loop:

Hi @educainventions,

Sorry for the confusion, as stated on that thread, it’s an old video which still similar in a way. But in the latest version, duplication is done within the builder once you click the language flag in the video.

I added a video recording in the secure note so I went ahead and duplicated that page through the builder (as an example on the video).

Hi Carlos,

I’m able to confirm the issue about the sitemap, I’m adding that issue to our issue tracker. Still, seems to be okay on the editor at least on my view, we’ll check that part too.
