Error on editing header "TypeError: c is not a function"

While i wanted to edit the header, i got this error while starting the header builder:

It seems that there might be an issue of plugin conflict or version compatibility. I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

  1. Testing For Theme Related Issue
  2. Testing For Plugin Conflict
  3. Theme Update
  4. Child Theme
  5. Css/Js Customization
  6. Increasing Php Memory Limit
  7. Disabling Cache
  8. Disabling Cdn
  9. Permalinks
  10. Version Compatibility

If none of those work, It would be best if you could copying your live website to your staging area. and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
  • FTP Details

As far is i could find out is that by deactivating the plugin Real Media Library (Free), the header builder works. But i use this plugin on other sites a lot without any issues!

I added the staging server login credentials in secure note.

Thanks for your detailed explanation but when I try to disable all your plugins except for Real Media Library (Free) in your staging area the header builder works. So I conclude that it is not the Real Medi Library (Free) causing the issue. I suggest that you re-run the common troubleshooting steps posted by my colleague above to find the real culprit.

I come a little bit closer, it seems to be related to the slider revolution extension
Slider Revolution Polyfold Scroll Effect and
Slider Revolution Reveal Preloaders
If i turn them off and on it’s immediately effects the builder too! But i have no idea to solve this conflict.

I suggest that you reach out the Slider Revolution developers because the Slider Revolution addons which we don’t support causing the issue in your website.
