We have a problem on our website. https://lynglund-test.dk/rakkerpaktest

Categories are missing the correct header and footer. https://lynglund-test.dk/rakkerpaktest/kategori/elstrup/ How do I activate those?

Best regards

Hello Claus,

Thanks for writing to us.

Please make sure you have set one of the conditions as Post Taxonomy as Category. Please have a look at the given screenshot below.

Thanks, where do I find Conditions? When I’m on a category ex: https://lynglund-test.dk/rakkerpaktest/kategori/afslag-uden-seksuelle-relationer/ the only options I get are Launch, Theme options and Settings but cannot find Conditions in either of them?

Hello Claus,

In order to set the condition or check the Header/Footer condition, you need to go to the WordPress dashboard —>Cornerstone—>Scroll down to the Header/Footer —>Settings
Annotate-Image (1)

In case you have no idea about how to assign the Header/Footer please have a look at our doc.

Hope it helps
Thanks

Hello @claus,

You should only have the “Entire Site” condition.

And then, the “Priority” can be -1 or -5. Assuming that there are no other custom header, the “Entire Site” condition should make the custom header as your global header.

Best Regards.

Thanks for your reply. I’ve tried changing priority to both -1 and -5 but it doesn’t change the header on the category pages? https://lynglund-test.dk/rakkerpaktest/kategori/afslag-uden-seksuelle-relationer/

Are any of your child theme templates used on that page? It didn’t say Cornerstone is building that page so I’m curious how it’s setup. I didn’t want to try live, but I’d check if turning off the child theme helps and we can take it from there. Maybe delete the cache too. Alternatively using Cornerstone on the page or as the archive layout might help the assignment of the headers. Let me know if this helps.
