I created an Envira Gallery, enabled standalone, etc. But when I view the standalone URL (https://elphotoart.com/envira/natural-awe/) it’s just blank with a basic heading. What am I missing?

OK. All set.
Hey @co50,
I have tested this on my local and I could not replicate the issue.
Please update to Pro 6.7.2 version first. Clear your plugin caches before testing the site again.
Kindly let us know how it goes
I’m not sure your local and my website are the same thing. I’ve updated to 6.7.2, cleared caches. This is something to do with Envira + Pro. The issue occurs with no other plugins activated.
Hi @co50,
I’ve checked your website and was able to confirm the issue you described. However, while reviewing the inner pages, I noticed that the Envira shortcode appears to be working correctly on those pages. It seems that the Envira Gallery cannot be viewed directly on your main website, which may be causing the problem.
While investigating, I also found that the current user account does not have full privileges to access Pro and Cornerstone . To troubleshoot the issue more effectively without risking any disruption to your live site, can you please copy your live site to a staging server , and give us access to the secure note, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
Thanks
