Envira Links Stopped Working

We have a number of links on our home page that would load Envira galleries using the [envira-link id="####"]Click here[/envira-link] code. These have worked for some time, but today I noticed that none are working, nor do any new ones I’ve created to test it.

I’ve tried turning off all plugins except for Cornerstone and Envira gallery, but no change.

I have minimal coding experience, so I don’t know what else the problem could be. Could anyone help!

(Theme and Plugins) You can find the latest version numbers here: (https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site. If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

If the issue persists then please check for the following:

  1. TESTING FOR THEME RELATED ISSUE
  2. CHILD THEME
  3. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
  4. DISABLING CACHE
  5. VERSION COMPATIBILITY
