I attempted all the solutions you provide, including the most recent one here: Envira Gallery I have a Lifetime License Key that I want to enter

But I still am not able to enter my license key.

Would you mind sharing your admin credentials so that we can check your backend settings properly? To do that, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
