Envato purchase code will not validate

I have tried everything but it just won’t validate using the envato purchase code.

I am having the same issue with my unlimited pro license code. The theme will say validated and then comes back and says " Your license of Pro is not validated ."

Thanks for reaching out.

I suggest that you disable all your plugins first and try to re-validate your website. If it doesn’t help, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.
